Preventive healthcare has become an essential component of modern healthcare systems due to increasing chronic diseases and rising healthcare expenditures. Effective management models for preventive treatment programs allow healthcare institutions to improve service delivery and reduce long-term medical costs. Digital transformation, technological innovation, and interdisciplinary cooperation have significantly influenced healthcare management strategies. Modern research emphasizes the importance of integrated management systems that combine digital infrastructure, policy coordination, and data-driven decision-making. This study analyzes different management models that support preventive treatment services and evaluates their role in improving public health outcomes.
