Аннотация

Artificial Intelligence (AI) represents a transformative cluster of technologies that empower machines to perform complex tasks traditionally reliant on human cognition. These capabilities include natural language processing, data interpretation, real-time decision-making, and intelligent automation. In the context of digital management, AI is rapidly becoming a cornerstone for optimizing operations, enhancing strategic planning, and reshaping customer engagement. The integration of AI tools enables automation of repetitive functions, freeing human capital for higher-order tasks while improving organizational agility and decision-making accuracy. This paper explores the evolution of artificial intelligence, its societal and economic impact, and its central role in driving digital transformation across industries. It also addresses key pillars such as strategy, governance, infrastructure, and organizational culture, offering insight into how AI integration can revolutionize digital business management.
