Peer Review Policy

Peer Review Policy

At Acta Globalis Humanitatis et Linguarum, all submitted manuscripts undergo a Double Anonymous Peer Review process.

Under this system, the identities of both authors and reviewers are concealed from one another throughout the review procedure in order to ensure fairness, impartiality, and academic integrity. Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent expert reviewers on the basis of its quality, originality, scholarly relevance, methodological soundness, and contribution to the field.

Review Process

Upon submission, manuscripts are first screened by the editorial team for scope and basic quality requirements. Manuscripts that pass this initial check are assigned to at least two independent reviewers with relevant expertise. Reviewers provide structured feedback and one of the following recommendations: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject. Acta Globalis Humanitatis et Linguarum follows a continuous publication model — accepted articles are published online immediately upon final approval, without waiting for issue completion, ensuring minimal delay between acceptance and publication. The final publication decision rests with the Editor.

Timeframe

Authors can expect an initial decision within approximately 4–8 weeks of submission.

Ethical Standards

Reviewers are required to declare any potential conflicts of interest. All review communications are treated as confidential. This rigorous peer review procedure helps ensure that all articles accepted for publication meet high academic and ethical standards.
