This article will attempt to examine the formation of a new and distinct field for economic action. This new field is called the global economy, which is a phenomenon beyond the international economy, and its nature and the fundamental phenomena influencing it are different from the international economy.
In this new space, phenomena such as global capital and global value chains have taken shape, without which a proper analysis of the economic structure, both within countries and in the global environment, cannot be achieved. The style of policy-making will also be different in this new environment.
In this article, we will try to show that the formation of new global phenomena has led to the formation of the global economic space, and this new space has changed the position of different countries according to their behavior and position in the new global structure.
In the first part of the article, we will try to show that despite the numerous differences in the field of theories, these theories agree on the formation of the global economy and the world's entry into this new stage.
Then, using sources such as the annual reports of the World Trade Organization, the International Monetary Fund, and the International Monetary Fund, we present information that shows that this transformation has indeed occurred in the space of real action and beyond theories, and that the world has entered a new space from this perspective.
