Acta Globalis Humanitatis et Linguarum is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics in academic publishing. We follow the guidelines and principles established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Duties of Editors
-
Editors evaluate manuscripts based on academic merit, without regard to authors' race, gender, religious belief, or institutional affiliation.
-
Editors ensure the integrity of the review process and protect the anonymity of both authors and reviewers.
-
Editors take reasonable steps to identify and prevent the publication of papers where research misconduct has occurred.
Duties of Authors
-
Authors must ensure their submissions are original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
-
Proper citation of all referenced material is required.
-
All authors must have significantly contributed to the submitted manuscript and approve its final version.
-
Authors are obliged to disclose any potential conflicts of interest and funding sources.
Duties of Reviewers
-
Reviewers must evaluate submissions objectively, with no personal bias or conflict of interest.
-
Confidentiality of manuscripts must be maintained.
-
Reviewers must report any ethical concerns, including potential plagiarism, falsification, or duplication.
Plagiarism and Misconduct
Plagiarism in any form constitutes unethical publishing behavior and is unacceptable. All manuscripts are checked using plagiarism detection software. Suspected cases will be investigated and may result in rejection or retraction.
Conflict of Interest
All authors, editors, and reviewers must disclose any conflicts of interest that may influence the manuscript or its review.
Corrections and Retractions
If errors or ethical concerns arise post-publication, the journal will take prompt actions, including issuing corrections or retractions when necessary.
