The article was dedicated to the identification of the presumption of innocence in international law on human rights.
The article analyzes the text of the presumption of innocence in several international legal acts adopted in the continents of Europe, American and Africa.
In the end, it is concluded that the presumption of innocence established in the international legal documents on human rights is one of the important human rights, and the text of the presumption of innocence reflected in many international legal acts adopted in Europe, America and Africa has an almost similar content.
