The increasing globalization of communication has intensified the need for effective multilingual education. Among the numerous approaches employed in language teaching, music has emerged as a powerful pedagogical tool capable of enhancing language acquisition and promoting intercultural competence. This study investigates the role of songs in cross-cultural language acquisition and examines how musical exposure contributes to vocabulary development, pronunciation improvement, listening comprehension, and cultural awareness among multilingual learners. Using a mixed-methods approach, data were collected from 120 university students studying foreign languages through questionnaires, language proficiency assessments, and semi-structured interviews. The findings indicate that regular engagement with songs in target languages significantly improves linguistic performance and cultural understanding. Participants reported increased motivation, better retention of lexical items, and greater familiarity with cultural norms embedded in song lyrics. The study concludes that music serves not only as a linguistic resource but also as a bridge connecting learners with diverse cultural contexts, thereby facilitating more effective multilingual learning experiences.
